Yes, its been like, nearly a week since Q-con, but im lazy >__<... Even just there now i fully got distracted for about 5 minutes >__<

Q-con was soooo much fun!!
Me and Alex headed up on Friday to scope the place out seeing as Katie was working and we wanted to get passes before they sold out. Alex will vouch for the fact I walked into the traders area and uttered the words "I think I just wandered into heaven TT_TT" She just blinked and followed me about as a faffed around flailing at stuff >__< We had to leave early to catch the train back to Bangor so we could make it to our next destination. It was all ninjaness trying to hide the fact we weren’t going home, but in the end nobody got caught and we all ended up shitfaced as hell ^__^

Saturday!
This was our first day in Cosplay. Everybody trailed their way back to my house to witness me and Katie gearing ourselves up. Hell, it was quite a moment, it was the first time either me or Katie had been fully in our cosplays. Pity the morning was totally ruined by the fact I had /the/ WORST hangover in Forever >___<. We were both feeling a bit iffy in the car seeing as my dad drives like he wants to be hit by every passing vehicle >__< But we made it in one piece, even if I was retching on the way to the uni >__< I was NOT a well Riku that morning. But then the day took a sharp turn for the better when we got glomped before we'd even entered the building. It was really nice to be recognized and even nicer to have it appreciated enough to be glomped >__<
After floating about the trader’s area for a bit and getting our picture taken a few times we gravitated back to the entrance and met the Dubliners. I swear, they MADE Q-con for me ^__^ Thanks Guys! It wouldn't have been half as good if we hadn’t have had them to talk to and wait around with.
We went outside, which was a blessing to my hangover >__<, and I have memories of Duck, Duck, Goose, and watching other Cosplayers dance about and generally be entertaining whilst me and Yuffie fought over my Momiji bag >___<
After this I believe was our cosplay trip to China China for dinner ^__^ Yes, you read that right, full cosplay, to China China in Belfast, with the table booked under Sasuke >___< Was so much fun, though me and Katie miss the best bant it seems it was all going on over at the other table >___<. Oh! i also spotted in China China, I’m sure you thought we were nuts bbz >__<
After that everyone went their separate ways, and so ends Saturday

Sunday!
Well, me and Katie got up...eventually and got our Riku and Soraness on. We had planned to have a different cosplay for Sunday...But that didn’t happen in the end >__< Sunday I felt a LOT better than Saturday, I actually felt the best I had all week, See kids, Alcohol is the answer >___<
On Sunday we met the Dubliners again in the same wee area by the door. They were dressed as Vocaloids mostly and made a nifty looking wee group, and they can sure as hell dance >__< It was really amazing watching them dance over the course of the day ^__^ I even joined in a few times when I actually knew the routine ^__^
I also met and AWESOME Tamaki with a group of Host Club cosplayers, She was fantastic, as was the rest of the group… Imma stop fangirling naow >^_^<
The organizers had us all out to do a wee photo shoot round the back and then we all headed in for the Masquerade. Me and Katie in the end decided not to go for it, but we both agreed, the Wiz that won fully deserved it! Her fur suit was amazing ^__^ The Skits were hilarious, Final Fantasy Yaoi will forever be on my list of best memories, they did a fantastic job. Hell, it’s on YouTube, go and look it up, because I’m too lazy to go find it for you ^__^! The first part of the skit is missing, but it was just Zach kissing Vincent, so ya didn’t miss much ^__^
After the Masquerade we all waited about for the closing ceremony and me and Katie drifted off to the traders area to burn more money ^__^ Before the closing Ceremony I bought a few raffle tickets and ended up winning XXXHolic ^__^. We stayed for most of the closing Ceremony, but just before the end we left with the Dubliners so they could get changed and so we could say our final goodbyes before they went home.

Well, That was Q-con for ya, near the end I’ve skimmed it down, because it’s already toooo long >__< But I need to thank the Dubliners, name and shame them so to speak ^__^
